Join Emma Kelly from the Freshwater Biological Association to learn how volunteer surveyors can feed into the national picture of our waterways' health for protecting and restoring local rivers.
The morning is classroom-based, and the afternoon will be spent by the river practising river assessment skills.
Please bring a packed lunch and suitable outdoor clothing, including welly boots.
No experience is required.
