Bank Holiday Fun Day

Location: Recreation Ground, Wilderness Lane

Part of the Harleston and Waveney Festival.

An extra special event this year with the emphasis on children and families. Classic cars will lead a parade through the town starting at 10.30 and ending in the Recreation Ground. In the centre ring, there will be a display of skill by some of the classic car owners plus organised races; three legged; sack; and egg and spoon. There will be a four bed trampoline and bungee jump, eight inflatable bouncy castles, swing boats and a land train. Come and join the fun and win a prize! There will be a large seated picnic area with loads of food and drink available. There will be craft stalls selling their wares, and Park Radio will be there, entertaining us with requests and talking to everyone. The River Waveney Trust will also have a stall.
